Cheras Development
The 12.3 acres of land are located in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. The site was separated apart by Jalan Semerah Padi into two portions, where the northern portion consists of 2060 units of free-market condominium units and the southern portion consists of 400 units of low cost and affordable units.
The hilly topography of the site become the main challenge and the building was positioned in a thoughtful way to avoid major earthworks and retaining works.

Sandakan Harbour Master Plan
This is an award-winning Urban Reclamation project to redevelop a new Town Center for the city of Sandakan, Sabah, to capitalize on its unique waterfront location. The central idea of the design is the creation of the new Town Square as the focus of the development and urban contribution to Sandakan.
Landscaped pedestrian streets and malls are used to link together the various development components. A Waterfront Promenade lines the entire seafront of the development, creating a variety of experiences and exciting spaces that free-flows to the Town Square.

The proposed site consists of 7 lots of PT 478, PT 479, PT 480, PT 481, PT 482, Plot Plot C1 and C2, which is located in Jalan Cochrane, Shelly Road and Jalan Nakhoda Yusof.
Overall the site is an area of 54,313 acres involved. The proposed site is the former site of the Government Quarters Jalan Cochrane built in 1933.
