One Cochrane Sales Gallery
This sales gallery and show units for One Chochrane Residency is located at Lot 1246 Jalan Cochrane.
It function as an information hub that provide spaces for promotion of One Cochrane Residency residential units which also provides meeting and discussion spaces for the public to experience One Cochrane balance living concept. Its large green compound offers outdoor spaces for promotional activities and events.
Other than exhibition area, the gallery is also incorporate the sales and marketing office within the building.

The Royale Bintang Penang Hotel
Adaptive re-use restoration, conservation and Interior Design works for the existing historical warehouse building.
This hotel is located at Weld Quay, Georgetown. It is a unique blend of the old and new design elements. The 7-storey new hotel building is fronted by a 3 storey conservation building with rich historical artefacts dating back to the last century. The hotel design language emphasized the common streetscape of the Georgetown area; seeking to merge and blend in with its surrounding neighbours. The hotel interior design reflects the British colonial architecture ambiance when the building was once an important port front commercial centre.

Old General Post Office Restoration
Restoration, conservation and Interior Design works for the existing Old General Post Office Building located adjacent to Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad.
The Old General Post Office Building is a Heritage Building under the custody of Ministry of Arts, Cultural and Heritage. The building is an annex to Sultan Abdul Samad Building, and it is restored as the new admin office extension.

Sultan Abdul Samad Building Restoration
Restoration, conservation and Interior Design works for the existing Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad.
The building is under the custody of Ministry of Arts, Cultural and Heritage. The 100 years old building is an annex to Sultan Abdul Samad was restored to its original condition with th removal of additional floor inserted in the 1980s to bring it back to its earlier design.
A classical choice of setting and colonial designs were selected to bring back the historical ambience of the spaces.

Sierramas Western Parcel Show unit
As a continuation of it residential character in its surrounding, the development adopted a gated community concept.
Three types of house designs were adopted due to site topography : flat site solution, slope down solutions; and slope up solution. The development provides 49 units of link-houses and a semi-detached house.
The decoration were selected from natural warm colour tone materials and finishes.

Arkitek MAA Office
Arkitek MAA has moved to its new office in Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral in late 2001.
The interior design works for Arkitek MAA's own office was completed in 2002.
A minimalist interior design concept with selection of warm timber tone and glass walls for the meeting rooms matched with cool granite slabs and feature wall creates welcoming ambience at the reception lobby. Arkitek MAA's logo on the feature wall was made in 1974 and brought over from the previous office in Lebuh Ampang .
