Lot 4G5 development was a competition project under Putrajaya Holdings, which was won by Arkitek MAA. The key requirement is compliance with Putrajaya Corporation's Urban Design Guidelines. The site is located at Presint 4 Putrajaya.

Lot 4G5 building is a 10 storey government office building which includes a multipurpose hall, cafeteria and four levels of the basement car park. A centralised landscaped courtyard is created forming an axis that acts as the main entrance to the building.

This axis visually connects two of the Putrajaya bridges from the east and west roads that access the site. The facade concept is formal and complies with urban design guidelines to blend in with the surroundings.
