Arkitek MAA Appreciation Day Celebrates 60 Years of Excellence

During the gathering, Managing Director Ar. Lucas Sin offered his sincere gratitude to all employees, recognising their resilience and unwavering commitment in navigating the challenges faced by the firm. The event continued with Chairman Datuk Ar. Ezumi Harzani addressing the staff on crucial topics such as integrity and governance in practice. Sam Wei Mun shared updates on the implementation of task-based staff appraisal forms, designed to inspire excellence and recognise individuals based on their work quality and productivity. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the ‘Long Service Award’ certificates, recognising five remarkable employees for their dedication to the firm over the years. Award recipients Foo Se Woh, Mohd Fauzi Basri, Mahfuzah Sahed, Teng Tian Soo, and Mohd Isa Maasap were celebrated with not only certificates but also 1 Dinar 999 purity Gold coins, signifying the value placed on loyalty and commitment to Arkitek MAA.
